Do Not Lose Time Or Money – We Can Help You Save Both
Although finding the right attorney for your case is rarely an enjoyable task, it can make the difference between a good outcome and a less favorable one. Frequently there is no time to waste – in Tennessee, you have only 30 days to object to the terms of an eminent domain condemnation before the condemnation becomes official. And in contract disputes or construction litigation, the longer you wait to hire an attorney, the harder it can become to prevail in the matter.
Attorney G. Sumner R. Bouldin, principal attorney for Bouldin & Bouldin, PLC, is board-certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the state of Tennessee and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has practiced in civil courts for more than three decades, including all state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has lectured frequently on the law of eminent domain and is also skilled at handling litigation related to real estate, business disputes, construction matters and administrative issues.
The common thread among the firm’s varied clientele is the need for quality representation. The firm is accomplished at utilizing the latest technology available within the industry, allowing Mr. Bouldin to provide results comparable to those of a large firm while providing streamlined, cost-effective service to his clients.
Serving Our Clients Is A Family Tradition
Bouldin & Bouldin, PLC, is a community pillar in Murfreesboro. The firm was founded in 1868 by Judge Granville Sumner Ridley. Four generations later, the firm is still family owned and retains the reputation it has always had for legal excellence. Granville S. Ridley’s son, Granville S. Ridley, Jr., practiced with his father at the firm and also served as a special justice on the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Granville Sumner Ridley Bouldin, nephew of the younger Mr. Ridley, became a part of the firm in 1953, after two years as an officer and trial attorney in the U.S Marine Corps. His son, Granville Sumner Ridley Bouldin, Jr., joined the firm in 1988. He continues that family tradition to the present day.
Much about the world has changed since the firm opened its doors. But the firm itself remains committed to delivering quality legal services, providing representation that puts client goals first and foremost, and fighting for the best possible outcome in every case.
